Shipping, Returns, Terms
We currently offer 3 promotional shipping options:
- FREE=2nd Day Delivery for all orders except large oversize items
- OPROMO=Standard Overnight for $50.00.
- Please call concerning large items that may incur truck freight.
- Please keep in mind that non-USPS carriers will only ship to street addresses.
These rates are valid only in the continental US - For Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us.
Most stock products will ship within 24 business hours from the time of order. We can get most in-stock items shipped same day if the order is received by 3:00 EST. Exceptions may be oversize products that require additional time to package or need special carrier services.
Orders placed after hours, weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Most products will ship from either New Jersey or Florida with limited inventory shipping from Washington State. We are not responsible for delays due to sorting/routing errors by carriers or weather/natural disaster occurrences. Tracking information is the responsibility of the carrier.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We utilize 3rd party fraud protection which 'scores' each transaction on a number of different points and flags transactions that have a higher likelihood to be fraudulent. Some of the items that may throw a red flag may include but not be limited to
- Billing and shipping addresses that are a great distance apart.
- No public history of customer past online purchases.
- Purchases made from an anonymous proxy.
Due to increasing fraud, we can only ship products once the order has passed the fraud scan. The billing address and shipping address of the order must match and we will only ship to the billing address of the credit card.
With the exception of Amazon Pay purchases, credit card funds are authorized but not captured until the transaction score is reviewed. We therefore reserve the right to reject any transaction.
